It' s well known that a successful mould making project depends on successful project management. This includes effective scheduling of the workflow, good communication both internally and with customers and good control of the manufacturing process.

We offer a complete and effective project management system.

Hoda appoints a project team to each individual project and client. Each project team have qualified engineers. For each project, from the beginning to the end, We communicate with clients in English.

We coordinate communication between the different departments—mould design, machining, mould assembly and testing to keep the project on track.

Communication with the client is the key. We provide regular updated process report using Microsoft project to customer including necessary photos and videos.

Project Tracking
We update the maching status on each week' s process report.

Project Report
Project report is very important to keep the mould machining process updated.

We provide updated mould process weekly report to customer each week along with photos of work in progress and videos of trials as needed.

Additionally, You can ask the updated status at any time during the mould manufacture process and We are pleased to offer you all information you need.
